Information Notice on the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data
As RBE, we show maximum sensitivity regarding the security of your personal data. With this awareness, we attach great importance to processing and preserving all kinds of personal data belonging to all persons associated with our company in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").
1. Purpose of Processing Personal Data
Your collected personal data (Name, surname, e-mail, telephone, date of birth, and your resume/CV file) are processed within the framework of the conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law for the purposes of executing our human resources policies, evaluating your job or internship applications for our open positions, and communicating with you.
2. Storage and Security of Data
Your personal information and resume (CV) document sent through our career form are not stored in any database; they are forwarded directly to our companys secure corporate e-mail address. Your data will be kept in our e-mail system during the legal application evaluation periods and will be securely deleted at the end of this period.
3. Your Rights as the Data Subject
Pursuant to Article 11 of the Law, you have the right to apply to our company and learn whether your personal data is processed, request information if processed, learn whether it is used in accordance with the purpose of processing, and request the deletion or correction of the data. You can submit your requests in writing to info@rbe.com.tr.
